As a community advocate, the primary role is to understand and engage the customer. This includes listening and being active in understanding what customers are saying in both the corporate community as well as non-corporate websites.

As a brand evangelist Inock France will promote events, products and upgrades to customers by using traditional marketing tactics and conversational discussions.

Shape Editorial

Using our local knowledge, we understand the language and jargon that is used in the community. By working with internal stakeholders to identify content, plan and direction, we execute the editorial strategy within the community,

Gather Community Input

By engaging the community, we learn the requirements of the community and will present this to the product teams. This involves using product requirements methods like surveys or focus groups and facilitating the relationships between the product teams and their customers.
