Training

We've spent over 30 years designing and building enterprise systems. We've also spent a significant part of that time teaching others how to do it well.

Our training programmes combine certified frameworks with real-world experience, so participants leave with knowledge they can actually use, not just a certificate to frame.

How we deliver training

We work with established training organisations to deliver courses to public audiences, and we work directly with corporate clients for tailored in-house programmes. Both options are available.

Public courses

Scheduled sessions open to individuals and teams, delivered through our partner network.

Corporate training

Customised to your context, your team, and your environment. On-site, remote, or blended.

Custom programmes

When standard courses don't quite fit, we design something that does.

Languages: English, Dutch, German, French.

Business Analysis

Requirements that make sense. Stakeholders who feel heard. Systems that do what the business actually needs.

Business analysis is the discipline that bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Done well, it saves enormous amounts of time and money downstream. Done badly, or not done at all, it's one of the most common reasons projects fail.

Our BA training is certified by the BCS (British Computer Society) and complemented by IIBA and IREB qualifications. We cover the full analysis lifecycle.
